ARE YOU LICENSED & INSURED?
We are certified in Oregon-OLCC and Washington-MAST. All of our events are covered with General and Liquor Liability Insurance.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
The deposit or retainer payment is not refundable. However, it is possible to transfer your services within a one-year timeframe from the event date.
DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOL?
Yes, we are able to acquire the alcohol on your behalf, allowing you to unwind and take it easy! The price of the alcohol will include an additional fee of $95.
IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?
All packages include travel up to 30 miles round trip from 97035. Over 30 miles will incur a travel fee of $1.50 per extra mile plus a $25 per hour rate for driving time accounted.
DO YOU OFFER GLASSWARE?
No! We DO offer Tossware. It’s crystal clear, shatterproof, 100% recyclable and reusable. Tossware offers many sizes and styles you’re able to upgrade.

WHAT KIND OF CUPS DO YOU BRING?
We provide cups depending on package options. Please keep in mind that we bring cups for bar use only. You will need to provide cups for any other refreshments.
Our Process
01.
INQUIRING
Our initial consultation will go over the details of your event, timeline, preferences on cocktails, and discuss the theme or aesthetic you're going for.
02.
CONSULATION
Once we've discussed options and have come to a mutual understanding of services needed. We will send over a service contract for you to review & sign.
03.
BOOKING
There will be a 50% non-refundable deposit to lock in your date! Which is half of your total cost. The non-refundable deposit will go towards your balance.
04.
COORDNATING
Leading up to your event we will establish a final timeline, decor, update guest count & time of set-up with the event coordinator and/or host. Submit proof of insurance to venue.
05.
EVENT DAY
Finalize all details with coordinator/or host & pick up garnishes, prepare syrups + citrus juices. Wash & sanitize all bar tools, print and frame cocktail menus, prepare vehicle for loading supplies.
